Functional Elegance

Leading historic Albion as "the community gathering place," this 107 year old private club house now serves all of greater Albion. The newly-renovated 1st floor features stained glass windows, a brick fireplace, tiffany-style lights, hardwood floors, windows and doors trimmed in oak, a commercial kitchen and hardwood floors, and an elevator for entering the building and access to all the floors.

Ismon House... of, by, and for the residents of greater Albion

Volunteers and donors are the backbone and soul of Ismon House. Throughout the long process of restoration, literally hundreds of volunteers–young and old, male and female, skilled and unskilled–gave thousands upon thousands of hours to provide a functional and elegant facility for our community. The considerable cost of the restoration has been borne by hundreds of generous individuals, businesses, industries, and foundations. Local tradesmen have worked hand-in-glove with us to reopen Ismon House to the public.
