History:

The Company was founded by Gordon R. Martin in 1952 (incorporated in 1961). The Company is family owned and operated. Initially, we built high quality custom single family dwellings. Over the years, our expertise has grown to encompass all types of construction; from banks and grocery stores, to factories and college facilities.

Gordon Martin Builder, Inc., focuses mainly on supplying services in South Central Michigan. Normally, this encompasses a 30 mile radius of our office, located in Albion, MI. However, we have worked much farther away; including Olive Branch, Mississippi (new factory for Guardian Fiberglass).
